Document Designer, Now Available to Everyone
The document designer is now on for every account. Customize the documents Sutton generates by choosing which fields show up and in what order. It works with bills of lading, packing slips, job travelers, and both purchase order and sales order emails. If you need to, you can still switch back to the legacy documents for now, before they're phased out.
CC Emails on Sales Orders
Sales orders now support CC emails. Open a sales order and add extra addresses in the customer panel, so a buyer, an AP contact, or a teammate gets a copy in the same send.
Three-Way Matching Fix
When you override a cost exception, the bill pushed to your accounting system now uses the invoice cost you entered instead of the PO cost. The bill matches the vendor invoice you approved, with no manual cleanup on the accounting side.
