Every operation has the one thing no out-of-the-box system covers. A report. A form. A process nobody else runs quite like you do.
You ask your vendor and wait on a roadmap, or you pay a consultant to build it for you.
Too slow either way, so you patch it together in a spreadsheet, and the workaround becomes permanent.
There's a better way now. Describe it, and build it yourself, in minutes.
Describe it.
Build it in minutes.
No waiting on a vendor. No paying a consultant. Just describe what you need, and Studio builds it on your live operations data.

Not just a system of record.A system that thinks.
Most software tracks what already happened. Sutton measures your business health, guides your next move, and takes action before you have to ask.
Yes.
Three critical materials are projected to run out within the next seven days:
I recommend reordering all three items now to avoid production delays.
Based on current demand, open orders, and supplier lead times, you should order:
A single dashboard that answers: how is my business doing? Do I need to do anything? Revenue trends, inventory health, production throughput, fulfillment speed.
Check it from the stadium, the fishing trip, or the couch. No more logging into three systems to figure out if things are on track.
Connected to Claude and leading AI models through a native MCP connection, Sutton turns your operations data into something an AI agent can actually understand.
Ask "What should I focus on today?" and get back: "You have 3 outstanding POs that need approval, production job #4721 is behind schedule, and your top customer just placed a rush order." Not a chatbot. A co-pilot that knows your business.
Purchase orders drafted automatically when stock runs low. Production schedules that adjust when your biggest order changes. Shipping documents generated the moment fulfillment is complete.
Sutton's AI agents work across every module, handling the repetitive work so your team can focus on the decisions that matter.

We have been where you are. That is why we built this.
Co-founder Dan spent 7 years consulting for 80+ manufacturers and distributors, from 10 employees to 10,000. Then he ran one himself, growing it 5x as CEO.
That experience led him to co-found Sutton, the system he wished he had.
Real operators. Real results.
100+ manufacturers and distributors have replaced spreadsheets and legacy ERPs with Sutton.
No more implementation.
Just onboarding.
Sutton's onboarding agent reformats your data, configures your system, and gets you live. A real human is always a call away. And if something is missing, describe it in plain English and it exists inside the product in minutes.
Hi Siddharth,
How can I help you today?

AI agents reformat your data, map your fields, make bulk edits, and configure the system. What used to take weeks of manual work happens automatically. You review and confirm.

What would you recommend for purchase approvals?
For your operation, I’d add a manager review step only for high-value orders. It keeps things moving without losing control.
Sounds good. How soon can we test it?
I can have the updated workflow ready tomorrow, then we’ll test it with your team and move toward launch.
Map your locations, workflows, and rules. Sutton is configured around how your operation actually runs — no rigid templates.

Sutton has four plans. Starter is $400 per month, Growth is $750 per month, and Professional is $1,300 per month, each with 5, 10, and 15 users included respectively. Additional users are $63 per month each. Quarterly billing saves 10% and annual billing saves 20% overall. Enterprise pricing is custom and scoped to your operation.
Every plan includes 2 integrations at no extra cost, with additional integrations at $125 per month each. Optional add ons include API access and MCP access, each at $125 per month, and push notifications and webhooks at $63 per month. Implementation and onboarding fees may apply depending on the complexity of your deployment.
Sutton plans are typically a fraction of the licensing and implementation cost of legacy ERP platforms like NetSuite, with most Sutton customers live within 2 to 6 weeks compared to the 6 to 18 months common with larger ERP implementations.
Whether you are centralizing inventory and purchasing or managing multi-location production workflows, you can choose a plan that fits your current stage and expand as you grow.
As operations grow, spreadsheets and disconnected systems create bottlenecks across inventory, purchasing, and production. A manufacturing ERP brings these workflows into one unified system, providing real-time visibility, tighter cost control, and structured execution across your entire operation.
Sutton helps manufacturers centralize their data, streamline production planning, and align supply with demand, giving leadership the clarity and control needed to scale confidently.
Being fully implemented and onboarded varies from business to business and highly depends on the complexity of the operations and the size of the data that needs to be migrated. However, typically most businesses are live within 2-6 weeks. This is significantly shorter than the industry standard, as most ERPs typically take 6 to 18 months.
Yes, you can import your existing data in bulk with spreadsheets or by using our built-in integrations with platforms like QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Shopify. This way, you can quickly add customers, vendors, inventory, and sales orders without having to enter everything piece by piece.
Sutton is built for growing manufacturers and inventory-based operations that need real-time visibility across purchasing, production, and fulfillment.
If you are managing inventory, coordinating supply and demand, and outgrowing disconnected tools, Sutton provides the structure and clarity required to scale confidently.
Flexible plans allow you to expand users, locations, and capabilities as your operations evolve.
Yes. Sutton integrates with several tools natively, including QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon, among other popular tools.
Our integration syncs data automatically, eliminating the need to manage multiple systems. If you want to connect something that isn’t available natively or via 3rd party solutions, you can use our API and extend your workflows even further.
Sutton provides structured onboarding and ongoing support to ensure a smooth rollout and long-term success.
During implementation, you will work with a dedicated onboarding specialist to configure workflows, migrate data, and train your team. For larger or more complex operations, we offer tailored onboarding plans that can include on-site setup and advanced configuration support.
After launch, customers have access to our support team by email, phone, and live chat, along with detailed guides and video training. Our customer success team also provides ongoing training, check-ins, and account reviews to help you continue optimizing your operations.
Implementation services are scoped based on operational complexity and may include a one-time onboarding fee for advanced deployments.
