Create POs from Uploaded Documents
Upload a PO document and Sutton scans it automatically, pulling out details like vendor, items, quantities, and pricing to build the purchase order for you. No more typing in every line from a PDF or scanned copy.

Add Custom Fields from Settings
Under Custom Fields in settings, every section now has its own button to create a new field. Choose from the available custom fields and set each one up exactly the way you need it.

Customizable Container Tags
Build your own container tag from label settings. Click New Label, select Container Tag as the type, and lay it out however you need. Mark it as the default and save it, and it's ready to print right in the shipping flow.

Multiple Receiving Tickets per PO
Receiving has been rebuilt so purchase orders can have multiple receiving tickets. Each delivery gets its own ticket with its own quantities, notes, custom fields, and files, all visible in a dedicated Receiving Tickets tab. Printing a ticket pulls only that delivery's details, so shipments that arrive in multiple deliveries stay clean and easy to track.

Returns on Sales Orders (Rolling Out)
Process product returns directly in Sutton, with returned inventory tracked right back into the system. This feature is rolling out gradually. If you don't see it in your account yet, reach out to your CS manager to turn it on.
