Drop Ship Addresses, Shipment Invoicing, Mobile Transfers & More

Feature Update
Improvement

Sutton adds one-time shipping addresses on sales orders, invoicing from the shipments table, quality-of-life wins for order entry, and a mobile redesign for transfer orders.

What's New in Sutton

One-Time Addresses on Sales Orders
Add a custom one-time address directly on a sales order. Toggle the drop ship option to simplify the form down to the essentials, and address autocomplete fills in the rest for you. The address stays with that sales order through pick, pack, and ship, but doesn't save to the customer's account, so it's perfect for one-off shipments.

Invoice from the Shipments Table
An Invoice button now sits right on the shipments table. Instead of going back and forth between the order and shipment screens to verify what shipped, invoice the shipment directly in one click. The invoice links back to the sales order automatically.

Faster Sales Order Entry
Line item quantities now default to one, so there's no typing it in every time. When you select a customer, their default payment terms prefill automatically. Small changes that add up fast when you're creating a lot of orders.

Mobile Redesign for Transfer Orders
Transfer orders on mobile now use collapsible cards instead of a wide table you had to scroll sideways. If there's a validation issue, like a missing source bin, the card highlights it in red and expands automatically so you can see exactly what needs fixing. Expand All and Collapse All buttons make navigation quick.
