Shopify Stock & Fulfillment Sync, Item-Customer Linking, AI-Powered MCP Updates
Sutton adds Shopify stock and fulfillment sync, customer-specific item pricing and SKUs, shelf life tracking, sellable service items, and new MCP actions for addresses and item deletion.
What's New in Sutton
More Actions Through the MCP
Add and edit addresses on customer and vendor records just by asking in your AI chat. You can also delete items through the MCP. If something is blocking a deletion, like an open sales order or purchase order, you'll get a summary of what's holding it up so you can resolve those records first.
Shopify Stock and Fulfillment Sync
Stock and fulfillment sync are now available in your Shopify integration settings. Stock levels sync automatically, and when you ship an order in Sutton, Shopify marks it as fulfilled. Map your locations so stock always pushes to the right Shopify location.
Sellable Service Items
Service items can now be marked as a sell type. Labor, outsourced packaging, and other non-inventory items can go on sales orders, not just purchase orders.
Shelf Life Tracking
Add expiration dates to inventory labels to track shelf life.
Customer-Specific Item Details
Add customers to an item from the Accounts tab in item details, and set customer-specific details like SKU, unit price, address, and minimum order quantity. When that item goes on a sales order for that customer, those details pull in automatically.
BOMs with More Than 10 Components
BOMs now support more than 10 components, so you can add every part on a long parts list.
Full Table Exports
Exporting a table now grabs every record, not just the page you're looking at. Your filters, sorting, and custom tabs all carry over into the CSV.
