Introducing Sutton Studio

‍Build custom workflow apps without leaving Sutton. Open Sutton Studio from the sidebar, click New App, and describe what you need, like a production dashboard built for your team or an employee time card. Sutton builds it for you, reading and writing real data from your account.

A Cleaner Work Order Layout
Work orders now have a right panel, like other modules in Sutton, so every detail lives in one organized, scrollable place. Work orders also support custom fields.

Sticky Job Timer
Start a job timer and navigate away, and it stays with you as a sticky widget. You can keep track of what's running in production from anywhere in Sutton.

Nested Job Travelers
If your finished good is built from sub-assemblies, you can now print a nested job traveler from the manufacturing order. One document rolls up the raw materials needed across every nested manufacturing order.

Send POs to Multiple Contacts
Add as many contacts as you need in the field below the vendor information on a purchase order. Type an email, hit Enter to add it, and repeat. Hit Save and Send, and the PO goes out to everyone at once.

Item Aliases
Sell and pick the same item under a different name or SKU without creating a duplicate behind the scenes. Useful if you sell the same product across channels that each use their own naming.

Vendor Invoice Numbers on Bills
Bills now have a field for the vendor's invoice number, which flows straight through to your connected accounting system. When you're reconciling, you can quickly match a bill in Sutton to the invoice your vendor sent.

Returns Processing (Early Access)
When goods come back, process the return and adjust inventory right back into stock without leaving Sutton. Returns processing is live now for early access customers. Reach out to your CS manager to turn it on for your account.
